ABOUT BLISSETS

Blissets is a next-generation platform uncovering France’s hidden real estate market, from judicial auctions and notarial sales to institutional disposals. We empower investors and first-time buyers with exclusive property opportunities and intelligent tools such as renovation cost estimators, appreciation forecasts, yield calculators, and ROI analyzers. Our mission is to make complex and fragmented property data accessible, transparent, and actionable.

An Exciting Opportunity:

We’re rebuilding our entire platform with a modern, scalable tech stack, a rare opportunity to design and architect a production system from the ground up. You’ll play a central role in defining our technology choices and shaping the future of how off-market real estate is discovered and analyzed.

THE ROLE

Support the development of Blissets’ main web application, focusing on property data visualization, interactive dashboards, and seamless integration with backend services and design system components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement React components and features based on requirements
• Integrate design system components into the application
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs to display property data and investment metrics
• Work on data visualization components and property listing interfaces
• Implement search filters and sorting functionality
• Write unit tests for components
• Fix bugs and optimize existing code
• Collaborate with team members on feature development

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of JavaScript/React development experience
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with testing frameworks
• Knowledge of state management libraries
• Demonstrated commitment to accessibility (WCAG compliance)

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript experience
• Knowledge of web performance concepts
