2. Personal Data We Process
We only process personal data that is necessary to provide our services.
a) CV and Application Data
When you upload a CV or apply to a job through Accessial, we may process:
- Identification data (e.g. name, email address)
- Professional information (work experience, education, skills)
- Any other information you voluntarily include in your CV
b) Account Data (Registered Users)
If you create an account, we may process:
- Name and email address
- Account preferences
- Saved or generated CVs (if you choose to store them)
c) Technical Data
We may automatically collect limited technical data, such as:
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Browser and device information
- Usage data related to site performance and security
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes:
- To analyze CVs for ATS compatibility and accessibility issues
- To generate optimized, accessible CVs upon user request
- To enable job applications and redirection to employer application pages
- To manage user accounts and provide access to saved CVs
- To maintain the security and performance of our platform
Your data is never used for advertising purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) – when processing is necessary to deliver requested services (e.g. CV analysis, CV generation, job applications)
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) – to ensure platform security, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability

We do not rely on consent as the primary legal basis for CV processing, as the service cannot be provided without it.
5. CV Processing, Storage, and Deletion
We apply strict data minimization principles.
- CVs uploaded for analysis only are processed in real time and are not stored after the analysis is completed
- CVs are not shared with employers or third parties during analysis
- If you purchase or generate an optimized CV, it will be saved securely in your user profile
- You may download or permanently delete your saved CVs at any time
Once deleted, CV data is irreversibly removed from our systems.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Accessial does not sell, rent, or share your personal data.
We only work with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting or infrastructure providers) who process data on our behalf and under strict data protection agreements.
Your CV is never shared with employers unless you explicitly submit it through an external employer application process.
7. International Data Transfers
If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
