THE ROLE

Lead the UX design for major Fortnite initiatives (Quests, Progression, Passes), guiding a team to create scalable, user-centered features for a global audience.

You will be responsible for producing UX work that includes the development and application of accessibility standards, ensuring experiences are inclusive for all players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-6 UX designers.
• Collaborate with product and game design to translate goals into compelling user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
• Implement accessibility standards within design features and systems.
• Present designs and strategies to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• UX Leadership & Team Management (4+ yrs)
• Complex UX/UI Design for Multi-platform (7+ yrs)
• Figma, Adobe Suite, & Prototyping
• Accessibility Standards & Inclusive Design
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Strong Portfolio
